Position: Store Manager – Pharmaceutical Warehouse

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmaceutical warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of pharmaceutical products while maintaining compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations.

• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions.

• Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and organizational policies.

• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily warehouse activities.

• Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.

• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical warehouse or inventory management is preferred.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics and inventory management systems.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
